As FreeWire’s digital marketing and design lead, I manage our marketing team’s digital marketing strategy to showcase, educate, and drive interest in battery-integrated DC fast charging, energy storage, and grid services across diverse markets, including retail, fleet, utilities, and automotive.
The scope of my work covers:
The implementation of a growth marketing strategy that has increased inbound leads 2.5x year-over-year, including new routing processes for industry and geographical sales leads.
Redesign and optimize the FreeWire website for greater CMS and SEO efficiency, including the launch of new product pages, service pages, industry landing pages, customer stories, resources, and webinars.
Increase awareness and website acquisitions across North America, Europe, and Australia. In the first quarter of 2024, website traffic increased by 20.5%, conversions grew by 32.3%, and average engagement time improved by 6.7%.
Launched FreeWire’s growth marketing strategy and lead routing process with a focus on efficient website forms, lead scoring, and routing process across geographies and industries, resulting in new disposition reporting and an increase in marketing qualified leads YoY.
Manage customer marketing and product branding, driving efficiencies and quality of co-branded charging stations, including Chevron, Circle K, Costco, Duke Energy, Meijer, and Phillips 66.
Lead the content development for product launches and industry trade shows (CES, NACS, ACT Expo), including product guides, case studies, white papers, event materials, and booth designs.
